Onboarding Process

This project aimed to enhance the onboarding experience for new team members in a Big Data project within the pharmaceutical industry. The initiative improved efficiency and consistency by automating key steps in the onboarding workflow, ensuring that new hires receive timely and relevant information.

The project involved creating automated task assignments, reminders, and document submissions, facilitating a smoother transition into the team. 

This approach reduced administrative workload and enhanced the onboarding experience for new employees, allowing them to engage more effectively from day one.
